System Engineer

We're looking for a highly skilled macOS Endpoint Engineer to join a fast-paced enterprise environment supporting and scaling Apple device management using Workspace ONE UEM. This role is hands-on and critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and automated management of macOS devices across the organization. You'll own the full device lifecycle-from enrollment and configuration to patching, compliance, and advanced troubleshooting-while driving automation and operational excellence. Hybrid/ Remote Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm Atlanta, GA What You'll Do Manage and scale a fleet of macOS devices using Workspace ONE UEM Design, implement, and maintain macOS configurations, policies, and system environments Package and deploy applications (PKG/DMG), scripts, and updates Build and optimize Automated Device Enrollment (DEP/ADE) workflows Automate device provisioning and management using bash scripting Monitor OS updates, patch compliance, and device health across the fleet Enforce security baselines and ensure compliance with enterprise policies Provide L3 support for complex macOS issues and perform root cause analysis Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Help Desk teams to improve processes Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles Support end users post-deployment to ensure a seamless macOS experience, As a Robotics Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing data systems for advanced robotics applications.
