IT Systems Analyst II

The role supports the implementation of a new document management solution for the Legal Team, acting as liaison between Legal, IT, and the vendor, and involves requirements gathering, system integration, QA testing, UAT support, documentation, and vendor coordination.

5+ years of IT systems analysis experience

SaaS and integration experience

Strong test management and documentation skills

Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools like Azure Dev Ops or Jira.

Bachelor's degree
