Job description
We're looking for a highly adaptable and impact-driven Operations Integrator to join our team. This role sits at the center of Medplace's operations, driving alignment, execution, and communication across clinical operations, client success, product, finance, and HR. You'll play a key role in building scalable systems, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and clients.
What You'll Do
Cross-Functional Ops
- Drive alignment across Client Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and external partners
- Translate client and internal needs into actionable workflows and priorities
- Maintain and improve operational systems, dashboards, and reporting
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
Client-Facing Operations
- Participate in client calls, clearly communicating capabilities, timelines, and solutions
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for client questions, concerns, and escalations
- Align client expectations with operational realities and product capabilities
- Support ongoing client communication and proactive updates
Operational Execution
- Own and manage key workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
- Drive accountability and follow-through across stakeholders
Systems & Automation
- Partner with leadership to design and implement scalable operational systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and AI tools
- Support implementation and optimization of internal tools and technologies
Finance & Admin
- Coordinate with third-party finance partners on invoicing, budgeting, and reporting
- Support operational planning and financial workflows
People Operations
- Coordinate with HR partners on documentation, compliance, and workforce planning
- Support internal initiatives related to team operations and engagement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, client success, project management, or similar roles
- Experience in a client-facing or cross-functional role
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Excel, and CRM systems
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid environment, * Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or healthtech
- Familiarity with automation tools, AI workflows, or process optimization
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Exposure to finance or HR operations coordination
- Based in the Phoenix metro area (preferred)

- Salary: Starting at $64,000-$89,500
