Job description
- Configure and maintain programs and environments, including workflow statuses, transitions, milestones, and automated communications.
- Build new environments based on documented requirements and process designs.
- Implement edits and enhancements to existing workflows, maintaining system integrity and user experience.
- Translate written requirements and design guidance into executable configurations.
- Track configuration work through defined milestones, including internal testing and deployment readiness.
- Perform functional testing to validate workflow behavior, form logic, and automated actions.
- Manage multiple configuration efforts in parallel with clear prioritization and status tracking.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience administering low-code/no-code workflow platforms.
- Hands-on experience configuring forms, workflows, and UI elements.
- Experience supporting system upgrades, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
- Ability to build new platform components from concept to deployment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with platforms such as Zapier, Airtable, Bubble, Webflow, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Retool, or QuickBase.
- Strong ability to execute from written requirements.
- Familiarity with utility, energy, or related industry workflows is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience configuring workflow platforms or administering business systems may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Work Environment
The role requires working four days in the office, with remote work available. The position involves collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the Clean Power team, to align updates with program needs and timelines. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
