Infrastructure Technical Specialist - Hybrid

As a Infrastructure Technical Specialist, you will serve as the primary administrator for a secure cloud environment, overseeing critical platforms including a virtual desktop infrastructure and enterprise collaboration services. You will manage cloud infrastructure, ensure security and compliance, deliver end user support, and lead deployments and upgrades to maintain reliable operations and a seamless user experience., * Administer and monitor cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise business applications.

• Manage cloud based virtual desktop infrastructure, including operations and performance tuning.
• Serve as the administrator for enterprise file collaboration services, supporting onboarding and user troubleshooting.
• Implement security controls, monitoring, and compliance practices across cloud environments.
• Perform deployments, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting, including after hours support as needed.
• Provide clear status updates, documentation, and cross team collaboration to meet quality standards.
• Support application readiness, data migration, and environment prototyping for cloud adoption.
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity, performance, and distributed system issues.
