Senior Software Test Engineer

An experienced Software Test Engineer driving system-level quality and advanced (e.g., AI based) test strategies, comfortable with enabling technical solutions definition and supporting team growth and development., * You play a critical role in safeguarding product quality by defining and executing advanced software test strategies at feature and system level, ensuring robust, reliable solutions that perform as intended in real-world clinical and operational environments.

• You work closely with software developers, system engineers, architects, product owners, and external stakeholders, contributing across the full development lifecycle-from requirements and design to system integration.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in test strategy definition, master test planning, defect analysis, system and field testing, with hands-on experience in Agile development, CI/CD, automation, and data-driven testing approaches.
• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• ISTQB Test Manager certification expected, proven mentoring capability, stakeholder management skills, and experience working in a regulated environment.
