Job description
Our client is a well-established technology-focused organisation delivering large-scale IT transformation projects across secure environments. Their teams are responsible for supporting critical infrastructure and end-user technology across multiple business functions. Due to a major endpoint modernisation programme, they are now looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to support a significant Intune deployment across business laptops., As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the deployment of Microsoft Intune across approximately 800+ business laptops. You will be responsible for re-imaging devices with Windows builds, installing software, coordinating deployments with internal teams, and supporting end users through the transition process.
You will also maintain accurate tracking of device progress using Excel and provide hands-on troubleshooting support to ensure a smooth migration across all tranches.
Requirements
- Strong 1st / 2nd line IT support experience
- Experience with Windows installation and device imaging
- Confident installing and configuring software on end-user devices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset in a hands-on support environment
- Intune experience highly desirable
