Hands-on AWS experience (minimum 2 years managing secure, high-availability workloads)
Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Solid Linux systems administration skills
Familiarity with scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/alerting platforms
AWS certifications (or a willingness to pursue them)
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and experience handling incidents effectively
