Job description
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and questions while maintaining an accurate task record in our helpdesk system
- Proactively help resolve support tickets as required
- Participate in infrastructure installation, hardware refresh, and other projects as occasion demands
- Install new equipment and software at customer premises

- Minimum of 2 years proven experience working in an IT Support role
- Thorough knowledge of current IT technology, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Desktop PC OS Windows/MacOS, Microsoft Office 365, high-level desktop support skills, and backup technologies (experience with N-Able products is desirable)
