Job description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and questions while maintaining an accurate task record in our helpdesk system
  • Proactively help resolve support tickets as required
  • Participate in infrastructure installation, hardware refresh, and other projects as occasion demands
  • Install new equipment and software at customer premises

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience working in an IT Support role
  • Thorough knowledge of current IT technology, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Desktop PC OS Windows/MacOS, Microsoft Office 365, high-level desktop support skills, and backup technologies (experience with N-Able products is desirable)
