Job description
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our services
- Monitor and manage support requests through our ticketing system
- Assist with basic networking and server-related queries
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain communication with clients to keep them updated on support requests

Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Strong desire to learn new technologies
- Basic knowledge of the Internet, its structure, and basic networking, including experience with TCP/IP networking protocol and applications
- Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues quickly and effectively with minimum supervision
- Manage and monitor our ticketing system including support requests and access requests
- A minimum of 12-18 months experience in a Technical Support or similar role (desirable)
- Some experience with installation and management of Server Hardware (preferable but not essential)
- Ability to assess and prioritise faults and respond or escalate accordingly
- Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues
