Job description

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our services
  • Monitor and manage support requests through our ticketing system
  • Assist with basic networking and server-related queries
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain communication with clients to keep them updated on support requests

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies
  • Basic knowledge of the Internet, its structure, and basic networking, including experience with TCP/IP networking protocol and applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues quickly and effectively with minimum supervision
  • Manage and monitor our ticketing system including support requests and access requests
  • A minimum of 12-18 months experience in a Technical Support or similar role (desirable)
  • Some experience with installation and management of Server Hardware (preferable but not essential)
  • Ability to assess and prioritise faults and respond or escalate accordingly
  • Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues
