Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

• Deploy and maintain servers, both on-premises and in the cloud (AWS)
• Configure and manage virtualisation (VMWare) and physical storage (SAN)
• Perform OS patching, upgrades, and performance optimisation
• Ensure system and file security across environments
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Deploy and manage Linux servers

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and cloud support
• Knowledge of AWS, ideally in a public cloud environment
• Experience managing VMWare and virtualised systems
• Proficient in managing Windows servers, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and IIS
• Hands-on experience with SAN, enterprise compute, and OS patching
• Strong understanding of DNS, HTTP, SMTP, and SNMP
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
