Job description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Platform Owner to join their team. This individual will be responsible for rethinking and re-imagining the entire Salesforce landscape across Watts Water. IT leadership is looking to get all of Watts and their whole commercial ecosystem to utilize Salesforce to make the company more CRM-centric as a whole, and this person will be responsible for making that happen. On a daily basis, this person will be owning the strategic direction, roadmap, governance, best practices, etc. of Salesforce in addition to selling the Salesforce solution across Watts' various business domains. Salary for this position is between $130,000 and $163,000.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, specifically in a platform or product owner capacity
? Owning Salesforce strategic direction, roadmaps, governance, best practices, etc.
- Deep knowledge and proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud modules within Salesforce
? Sales Cloud is the number one priority
- Good communication
? Will be the face of Salesforce for the entire organization
? Must be comfortable having influential conversations to push ideas forward and sell Salesforce as a solution
? Ability to lead outcomes and have a presence
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with muti-divisional structures/lines of leadership - Technical background in Salesforce
