Job description
The organization seeks a Data Conversion Systems Analyst to support retirement and defined contribution data migrations. The role partners with internal IT and external stakeholders to define technical mapping, improve conversion processes, and ensure accurate data loading. The analyst collaborates with on-shore and off-shore developers, supports multiple concurrent projects, and contributes technical details to conversion strategies. Experience in financial services and investment domains will support delivery quality and schedule adherence., * Support data conversion solutions and process improvements in partnership with internal IT and external business partners.
- Serve as primary advocate and liaison for on-shore and off-shore developers during the conversion process.
- Receive inbound data records and create technical conversion specifications to map external records to internal specifications.
- Contribute technical details to the conversion strategy document to augment business requirements.
- Mentor and support accurate creation and loading of data to internal systems and provide systems support to the project team.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently to meet timely and on-budget goals.
Requirements

- Background in financial services with exposure to investment industry concepts.
- Experience with 401(k), defined contribution, mixed election, and retirement funds.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access.
- Experience with data transmission protocols such as SFTP and TSO ().
