Job description

On behalf of our client, a Big 4 Consulting Firm, we are seeking six Deployment Enablement Specialists to join the Talent & Deployment Business Group. This is a critical operational role focused on resource management, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making.

As a part of the Deployment team, you will analyze strategic priorities to determine protocols for assessing performance and reporting on project status. You will provide direct insight and counsel to leadership, ensuring that the firm's talent is utilized effectively across complex client engagements., * Resource Management & Strategy: Analyze and interpret strategic priorities to determine appropriate protocols for assessing Deployment Operations performance.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Manage the end-to-end reporting process, pulling data from various sources to provide insights into availability, capacity, and coordination.
  • Operational Excellence: Solve complex problems to produce top-quality deliverables and ensure strict adherence to deployment protocols.
  • Leadership Support: Advise Deployment leaders during strategy development and leadership transitions, fostering strong relationships and inspiring team performance.
  • System Integration: Work fluidly across multiple platforms to track coding, actuals, timecards, and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Deployment, Resource Management, or Workforce Planning. Previous experience in a manager capacity within a Big 4 or large professional services environment is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: * Advanced Excel Skills: Mastery of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex data manipulation is non-negotiable.
  • Systems Expertise: Comfortable working between various softwares such as S4HANA (timecards/actuals), Team Builder (deployment), and Flex Forecast (budgeting).
  • AI Tools: Familiarity with AI enablement tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatPwC) to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to manage "utilization" metrics and understand the nuances of capacity vs. demand.
  • Communication: A confident professional who takes ownership of their work and can counsel senior leadership effectively.
  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; Client Service professionals looking to transition into a Deployment/Operations career track are encouraged to apply.
