Job description

Insight Global is hiring Full-stack/backend software engineers. We're looking for a sharp, driven, and curious engineer who is looking to always take on new challenges outside of their day to day responsibilities.

Requirements

Experience with cloud-based B2B SaaS platforms

3+ professional experience building backend systems in TypeScript/Node.js

Experience with queue architectures (RabbitMQ, SQS, or equivalent) for decoupling services and managing async workloads

Experience integrating with third-party APIs - OAuth flows, webhook patterns, rate limiting, retry logic, and credential management

Working knowledge of Git-based CI/CD workflows with branch protection, automated linting/scanning, and staged deployments LLM/ML APIs - prompt engineering, chunking strategies, token management, structured output parsing, and confidence scoring

Background in government procurement, defense logistics, or regulated industries where compliance (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ITAR) shapes how systems are built
