Job description

Our client, a leading organization in environmental compliance and enterprise software solutions, is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team., * Lead enterprise application upgrade projects from initiation through planning, execution, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

  • Build and manage comprehensive project plans, including milestones, dependencies, resource needs, and critical paths.
  • Coordinate daily activities across various teams such as Air Compliance, IT support, security, data/analytics, and external vendors.
  • Establish project governance, facilitate meetings, and produce executive-level status reports on schedule, scope, budget, and risks.
  • Manage risks, issues, change control processes, and stakeholder alignment to ensure project success and timely delivery.

Requirements

As an IT Project Manager, you will be an essential part of the IT department supporting enterprise application upgrades and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project execution, aligning successfully within a collaborative and innovative environment., * Proven experience leading enterprise application upgrade projects, preferably in EHS or compliance platforms.

  • Strong skills in project management methodologies including planning, scheduling, RAID management, and budget tracking.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in leadership-level reporting.
  • Demonstrated follow-through and facilitation skills, including managing meetings and action items.
