Job description
They will manage configurations across Sales & Marketing Cloud, support integrations with internal systems and third-party tools, and ensure data integrity and secure access controls across the platform. The Senior Developer will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations across the environment.
Requirements
Successful candidates are strong in Apex/LWC development, declarative automation, Salesforce administration, and Sales/Marketing Cloud operations, with the ability to guide best practices while keeping the platform clean and maintainable., 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development with Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and flows/workflows Experience developing Lightning pages and building declarative automation Ability to manage, configure, and maintain Salesforce (users, roles, profiles, security, data) Experience designing and supporting integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, middleware, AppExchange apps) Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub) Ability to work primarily out-of-the-box with minimal customization while still leading technical decisions Strong communication and ability to partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Service Cloud or Experience Cloud Salesforce certifications beyond Admin + PDI (e.g., PDII, Marketing Cloud certs) Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments
