Lead Performance Tester

Job description
We are looking for a candidate who can lead a team of performance testers, but also to be fully hands-on and lead by example, so they will need extensive knowledge of Performance tools/monitoring:
- LRE
- Gatling
- Splunk
- JMeter
- Dynatrace
- Workload modelling
Operating Systems:
- GCP
- OCPz
Complex Mainframe/server/microservices knowledge and ability to analyse, debug and propose enhancements to both code and infrastructure
Prior experience of Lloyds Banking Group products in the retail/commercial sector if poss.
I will also need the candidate to be able to operate at multiple levels, from assembling findings and presenting to senior stakeholders (TPL/BPL level), to mentoring junior members of the team.
Candidate will need to quickly respond to complex problems from multiple stakeholders both within and outside of Digital Services platform and will be expected to work with minimal guidance to fulfil their duties.
