Job description

Henley Morgan is recruiting a Sage Intacct Support Consultant in Manchester for a top-tier Sage Intacct Partner. This is a customer-facing application support role helping finance teams across the UK get the most out of their Sage Intacct cloud finance system - troubleshooting, training, configuration tweaks, dashboards and small-change requests. The role suits a part-qualified or qualified accountant moving into ERP consulting, or an existing Sage Intacct or Sage 200 / Sage 50 consultant ready to specialise full-time on Sage Intacct., * Act as first and second-line Sage Intacct support consultant for a portfolio of UK and Ireland customers

  • Triage, investigate and resolve Sage Intacct support tickets covering General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash Management, Order Entry, Purchasing, Multi-Entity and Sage Intacct Reporting
  • Configure Sage Intacct dimensions, smart rules, smart events, custom reports and dashboards in line with customer requirements
  • Run Sage Intacct training sessions and refresher webinars for end users and finance super-users
  • Maintain detailed support documentation, knowledge-base articles and reusable Sage Intacct configuration templates
  • Escalate complex issues to Senior Consultants, Solution Architects and Sage Intacct product support, owning the customer experience end-to-end

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Sage Intacct as a consultant, super-user or in-house finance systems analyst
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes - month-end close, multi-entity consolidations, intercompany, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and revenue recognition
  • Confident building Sage Intacct custom reports, financial reports and Interactive Custom Report Writer (ICRW) outputs
  • Excellent customer-service skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical finance users
  • Eligible to work in the UK with the ability to attend the Manchester office on a hybrid basis

Desirable / nice to have

  • Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist or Accounting Specialist certification
  • Exposure to Sage Intacct integrations (Salesforce, Expensify, Concur, Lightyear, ApprovalMax)
  • Part-qualified or qualified ACCA / CIMA / AAT
  • Previous experience supporting other cloud finance systems (NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage 200, Sage 50)
