An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sage Intacct Support Consultant to join a growing team in Glasgow. This role focuses on providing high-quality support and working closely with clients to enhance their ERP systems., * Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Sage Intacct ERP
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve user queries
- Assist with system configuration and improvements
- Deliver user training and support documentation
- Work on upgrades and enhancements
Requirements
- Experience with Sage Intacct ERP
- Strong support or ERP helpdesk background
- Understanding of finance systems
- Excellent communication skills
