Job description
- Support of Dynatrace Managed including the deployment, instrumentation and leveraging the tool as an Application Performance Monitoring capability
- Utilize monitoring tools such as - Splunk, SiteScope, Catchpoint
- Work with OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.
- Application/network performance and availability monitoring
- N-Tier Architecture supporting a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.)
- Link business context to technical reality
- Communicate and influence across multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least one of the following supporting monitoring tools
- Splunk
- SiteScope
- Catchpoint
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.
- Associate degree
