Dev Support Engineer - AI Tool Enablement & Support

We are hiring a Dev Support Engineer AI Tool Enablement & Support to support enterprise-wide rollout of AI-powered developer tools. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, onboarding support, and collaboration across global teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 2 support for AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini Code Assist, etc.)
• Support onboarding and access provisioning for large-scale user base (500 1000+ users/week)
• Troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and tool-related issues; triage and escalate defects
• Assist with rollout of newly approved AI tools
• Work within a 24x5 follow-the-sun global support model (NA/EU/AP)
• Generate reports on adoption, issues, and SLA metrics

• 2+ years of experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, IDEs (VS Code / JetBrains), and terminal/shell
• Experience troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.)
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale developer tool rollouts
• Understanding of GenAI/LLM concepts (prompting, MCP, context handling)
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Financial services or regulated industry experience

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) eye
