AI Tool Integration Engineer - New Tool Onboarding

We are seeking an AI Tool Integration Engineer New Tool Onboarding to lead the technical onboarding and proof-of-concept integration of emerging AI development tools. This role focuses on evaluating new tools, building integrations, and enabling adoption within an enterprise developer ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding of new AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Factory AI)
• Build proof-of-concept (POC) implementations and evaluate integration readiness
• Collaborate with security, risk, and platform teams to assess compliance and constraints
• Document onboarding processes, integration patterns, and operational guidelines
• Partner with stakeholders on requirements, success criteria, and enablement strategies

• 2+ years of experience integrating or building with AI-assisted development tools
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Java
• Experience building CLIs, plugins, or integrations
• Hands-on experience with POC environments (containers, cloud sandboxes, IDE extensions)
• Solid understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD, and developer tooling ecosystems
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM SDKs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and agent-based frameworks
• Familiarity with MCP servers, VS Code extensions, JetBrains plugins
• Knowledge of SSO, OAuth, and secrets management
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
