Job description

  • Manage supplier interfaces and support Supplier Management and Procurement in the coordination and oversight of key suppliers
  • Lead development of supplier statements of work, requirements, and technical proposal analysis
  • Working with Engineering Leadership and functional teams to assist in organizing technical projects including schedules, statements of work, and tracking project status and costs
  • Leads processes improvements and initiatives
  • Develop and analyze data; create metrics and draw conclusions for reporting to Leadership
  • Teams with technical leaders, program, and project managers to identify opportunities to manage risk and opportunities related to external deliveries and integration
  • Manages workflow to ensure timely and consistent development of deliverables
  • Serves as a subject matter expert within procurement domain for engineering teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field
  • 3+ years of experience with the Boeing supplier management processes, systems, and tools
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, a strong desire to work with technical and non-technical audiences and be a self-starter, * 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Level 4)
  • Active U.S. Security Clearance
  • Experience with training systems and training systems teams
  • Experience with the Boeing Commercial Item Transfer at Price (CITAP) Process, This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee., Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required, This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Summary Pay Range Mid-Level (Level 3): $99,450- $134,550

Summary Pay Range Senior (Level 4): $122,400- $165,600

Training Systems and Services is currently looking for a P-8Systems Engineering Support Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) Training Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team in either Hazelwood, Missouri or Orlando, Florida. This position will focus on managing the development of supplier statements of work and requirements, leading proposal technical analysis, coordinating and leading technical negotiations, managing supplier technical deliveries, and ensuring consistency of supplier data deliveries across all suppliers. A successful candidate will have a general understanding of training systems, and the Boeing engineering processes along with strong experience with the Boeing Supplier Management and Procurement processes. This candidate will be part of a high-performing team, responsible for problem solving in a highly dynamic environment spanning multiple programs and platforms. They will continuously improve and develop themselves and others.
