Data Analyst

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to lead a critical data-cleansing and migration project within our ServiceNow R&M (Resources & Management) module. This is a high-visibility, short-term engagement focused on bridging data gaps and ensuring our Enterprise Architecture records are seamlessly connected.

salary: $34.99 - $35 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Data Transformation: Extracting complex records from ServiceNow into Excel to build mass-upload files, utilizing unique identifiers to ensure 1:1 data integrity.
• Deep-Dive Analysis: Reviewing ServiceNow record notes and order forms to "mine" for specific contract data (multi-year start/end dates, annual spend, etc.) and populating newly created fields.
• Systems Collaboration: Partnering with our Enterprise Architecture team to map and establish connections between Application IDs (APM records) and the R&M module.
• Quality Governance: Performing manual audits and data validation to ensure that newly created fields are 100% accurate and free of manual entry errors.
