The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will provide cross-team technical and strategic leadership for major tax innovation platforms. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a top level to drive project success. This role offers the chance to shape the future of tax services through AI-enabled capabilities, collaborating with senior leaders and driving modernization across products.

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 years of experience

- Leading multiple engineering teams in agile environments
- Designing and evolving enterprise or SaaS architectures
- Leading system migrations and legacy modernization
- Possessing knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and security
- Integrating AI and advanced analytics into production systems

- Mentoring engineering leaders and architects

Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
