The Opportunity

As part of the Tax Innovation team, you will design and implement innovative software solutions that integrate AI and automation into tax processes. As a Senior Associate, you will own components and services, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with tax specialists to shape innovative use cases while navigating the complexities of software engineering. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in an agile environment, contribute to architectural decisions, and enhance your technical knowledge while delivering top-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Having proven experience building applications using Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python
  • Having proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
  • Demonstrating skills in relational databases and SQL
  • Possesing familiarity with Agile practices and CI/CD tooling
  • Possesing experience deploying applications to cloud environments like Azure or AWS
  • Having involvement in data and AI workloads using Python or R
  • Understanding of security and compliance for data and AI
  • Possesing the ability to mentor junior developers and foster innovation

Benefits & conditions

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
