Job description

As an emerging domain resource and steward, the Applications Analyst Associate (Entry-Level I) supports its assigned ecosystem as a developing generalist and beginning sub'ecosystem specialist for digital technologies across a portfolio of enterprise applications and products. Working under guidance from more experienced team members, this role assists in application lifecycle administration, request fulfillment, customer support, identity governance and administration, application portfolio management, documentation and knowledge management, education, operational discipline, workload management, and continuous improvement to help ensure reliable, secure, and compliant operations., As a Clinical Applications Analyst Associate, the role supports the clinical applications digital ecosystem by assisting in enabling "people" and "processes" across the organization to succeed. The ecosystem includes the Electronic Health Record (EHR), Enterprise Clinical Imaging (EIS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and other non'biomedical clinical-based applications and products that support clinical operations-diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical documentation, and care coordination. The role works under guidance from more experienced analysts and partners with clinical stakeholders to address basic needs and contribute to dependable service delivery.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • A minimum of four (4) years of Information Services experience to include application support, clinical or business operations
