Job description
Responsible for the overall management of the entire European region network business new dealer development into the network, dealer management and maintenance, dealer operation evaluation, unqualified dealer withdrawal and other matters., 1. Collect, organize, and verify accessory information from each market to ensure consistency in dimensions and data.

Establish information-sharing mechanisms to promote efficient communication and collaboration across markets.

Assist in the development of localized marketing materials and resources to ensure brand consistency.

Coordinate resource allocation to improve material development efficiency and avoid waste.

Organize and execute WES inspections to ensure plans are implemented, follow up on issues, and generate closed-loop management reports.

Maintain communication with marketing, sales, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project progress, and provide timely feedback on project status and issues to support management decisions.

Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement, and drive process optimization to establish standardized closed-loop workflows.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Automotive, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience in network management, project management, or marketing promotion; experience in cross-market coordination is a plus.

Strong data analysis skills, capable of handling dimensions, specifications, and resource allocation information.

Familiarity with marketing processes and channel operations; experience in material development or dealer management is a plus.

Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is preferred.

Excellent cross-department communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively drive project implementation.English is required; Chinese is preferred.

Strong problemsolving ability, capable of following up on project execution and establishing closed-loop management.

Highly responsible and proactive, able to work efficiently in a multi-task environment, detail-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills.

At least 5 years of working expereince required, automotive industry working experience preferred.
