Job description
Butler Community College is seeking a Test Administrator for its Andover campus location. The Test Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of test administration in the Butler of Andover (BOA) Testing Center. This includes organizing, securing and administering tests while maintaining an environment conducive to fair and accurate testing of students. In collaboration with the BOA Advising Receptionist the person employed in this position will be responsible for management of clerical tasks related to testing, test record keeping, test appointment scheduling, security of testing files, testing conditions and confidentiality issues as it relates to placement and academic testing.
Requirements
The applicant may be requested to authorize the College to procure a consumer report(s) for employment purposes., A. Must be able to multi-task. B. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. C. Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with students, faculty, administration, and staff of Butler Community College. D. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. E. Must have good communication skills, both oral and written, organizational skills, and interpersonal and human relations skills. F. Must have the ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and the public. Required experience A. Experience with computer hardware and software required. B. Experience in records management in both paper and computer uses required. C. Experience in an educational setting preferred.
