Job description
Provide desktop support for technical issues in a Windows-based Call Center environment as well as off-site locations throughout the District of Columbia providing solutions in Windows and OSX (Apple) operating systems
- Log and route service requests and incidents in an incident management system (ServiceNow ITSM)
Requirements
Completed Bachelor's degree
- Must have either an MCP (Microsoft) or CompTIA A+ Certification
- 2+ years' experience performing client-facing network support in Windows, OSX systems
- Must have reliable vehicle and active driver's license to travel within Washington, DC (no gas or parking fee reimbursements in this role)
