Requirements

  • Experience automating, installing, configuring, administrating, patching, and security hardening COTS and open-source applications, including operating systems

  • Experience performing regular server updates, patch management, and software installations.

  • Solid understanding of server administration, server architecture, specifications, software, networking, virtualization

  • Experience with Domain architecture including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Domain Trust, and file share management

  • Experience with common industry operating systems such as Windows, Server 2008-19, Linux, Solaris, RHEL, & CentOS

  • Solution implementation for Advanced Computer Security Directives and Requirements (e.g., Risk Management Framework (RMF)), STIG's

  • Working knowledge virtualization technologies including VMWare ESXi VSphere/Horizon and Microsoft Hyper-Visor

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance Desired Skills:

  • System administration experience in DoD environments, including requirements analysis, design, hardware evaluation, configuration, and test of custom software and configurations.

  • Certifications: CompTIA Network + and other relevant certifications, Microsoft, Linux, Oracle, and VMWa re.

  • Scripting skills/experience (including Python, Linux shell, Java, PowerShell +, then Java/C++/Perl for other I&T) Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
