Job description
- Install, update, maintain, monitor, and test systems and applications.
- Provide advanced technical support by troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
- Manage enterprise vault systems and privileged identity management solutions.
- Implement and maintain security controls including IAM and PAM technologies.
- Provide recommendations to improve system security and efficiency.
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Analyze processes and implement improvements for efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Participate in projects, workgroups, and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing enterprise vault systems.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and credential vault solutions.
- Knowledge of directories such as Active Directory and LDAP.
- Experience troubleshooting systems, applications, and security incidents.
- Understanding of encryption protocols such as SSL/TLS and network traffic analysis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
Experience:
- Experience providing Level 2 or Level 3 technical support.
- Experience in system monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Experience working with security technologies including SSO and password management systems.
- Experience collaborating with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution., * Experience working with enterprise-level vault systems.
- Knowledge of database and system monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with change and problem management processes.
