Job description
We are seeking a Technical Value Flow Manager to enable end-to-end visibility and flow of work across the portfolio by integrating and optimizing the tooling ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring that portfolio insights reflect actual delivery flow, connecting systems like ServiceNow SPM, GitLab, and AWS environments to provide real-time, decision-ready data., Design and implement integrated data flows across portfolio and delivery tools
. Ensure portfolio systems reflect actual work in progress and delivery flow
. Enable real-time visibility into flow metrics (cycle time, throughput, bottlenecks)
. Define and implement tooling integrations and API-based architectures
. Align portfolio tooling with modern DevOps and cloud-native delivery practices
. Improve data accuracy and traceability across value streams
. Identify and eliminate friction in tooling that slows delivery flow
. Support automation of portfolio insights and reporting pipelines
Requirements
7+ years in technical program/product or platform roles
. Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM and engineering tools (GitLab, Jira, etc.)
. Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native (AWS) environments
. Experience with API integrations and data pipelines
. Familiarity with value stream mapping and flow metrics instrumentation
. Ability to bridge technical systems and business decision-making, ??Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, * Analytical Thinking

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $99,200.00.
