IT - Epic Senior Application Analyst

• Troubleshoot interface issues, resolve application problems, and lead escalation efforts.
• Drive projects following enterprise project management frameworks, collaborating on change management to ensure smooth transitions.
• Support system maintenance and provide 24/7 on-call assistance, maintaining security and adherence to change control protocols.
