IT Support Analyst

This is a dynamic Desktop Support position combining both remote troubleshooting and onsite technical support. If you enjoy a mix of desk work and being on the move helping users face-to-face, this role is for you. 2+ years of Desktop Support experience Strong Microsoft OS, Active Directory, and O365 skills Proven Level 1 3 support experience Hands-on hardware and imaging experience (workstations, POS, scanners) Strong communication and customer service skills Nice to Have Related degree Manufacturing environment experience Familiarity with Apple products
