Systems Analyst 3

• Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and conduct cost/benefit analysis for alternatives.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing computer systems.
• Collaborate with personnel from organizational units to analyze current operational procedures, identify issues, and learn specific input/output requirements.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and necessary steps to develop or modify computer programs.
• Review system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested changes are feasible within existing systems.

• 8 or more years of experience required.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Independently performs a variety of complex tasks; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected., * 10 years of experience using Informatica tools including Powercenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, Entity360.
• 10 years of experience establishing Master Data and Reference data for large organizations. Experience with Informatica MDM is preferred.
• 10 years of experience implementing data quality rules using Informatica DQ.
• 4 years of experience working with enterprise-scale data sets in Snowflake.
• 2 years of experience with Python scripts for automation and interaction with APIs.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). A Master's degree or 6+ years of experience is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or public health is preferred.
• Experience at a state agency is preferred.
