Job description
- Provide technical support for the Oracle Financial Crimes Platform, ensuring effective transaction monitoring and alert management.
- Manage and troubleshoot daily and ad hoc batch cycles, addressing production issues related to data quality and performance.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis and document findings to meet audit and regulatory standards.
- Support configuration changes and enhancements within established governance processes.
- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to assess regulatory impacts of platform changes.
- Participate in testing and release activities to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
- Work closely with various teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in supporting enterprise applications in regulated environments.
- Proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL, and batch processing.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Experience with Oracle Financial Crimes Platform version 8.x.
- Familiarity with AML concepts and financial services regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with UNIX scripting, WebSphere, Java, and Dynatrace.
- Mainframe experience including TWS job scheduling and JCL.
