As a Business Analyst, you will work on digital projects related to corporate real estate and workplace management. You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and market-standard digital solutions, with a strong consulting mindset.
You will typically work on multiple projects in parallel, alongside senior consultants, project managers and technical experts.
Business analysis & consulting
- Understand client business challenges related to corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace strategy, hybrid working, maintenance and space management.
- Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements through interviews and workshops.
- Propose pragmatic, value-driven solutions aligned with market-standard tools.
Digital solutions & functional expertise
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Contribute to the configuration and setup of existing software solutions (no heavy development).
- Work with IWMS / real estate ERP solutions used in the market.
- Analyse and extract data when required (basic SQL knowledge is a plus).
Project delivery
- Participate in projects delivered using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
- Support testing, user acceptance, documentation and user enablement.
- Manage multiple project contexts and priorities simultaneously.
Client interaction
- Interact with business and management stakeholders.
- Take part in client workshops, presentations and project meetings.
- Demonstrate a strong consulting posture and customer-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or IT Consultant.
- Experience with ERP, IWMS or business applications.
- Strong functional analysis and requirement modelling skills.
- Comfortable working with configurable market solutions.
- Understanding of data concepts; basic SQL is appreciated.
- High level of autonomy, ownership and initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, evolving organisation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops.
Languages :
- Dutch: native or near-native level required
- French and English: professional working proficiency
