Senior Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale, enterprise environment focused on communication and content platforms. You will play a critical role in designing and evolving architecture that supports document generation, distribution, orchestration, and archiving across multiple business domains.

This is a transversal role with high visibility, requiring close collaboration between business and IT stakeholders., * Translate business requirements into end-to-end architectural solutions

• Analyze and challenge functional needs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
• Design and document system interactions, workflows, and business processes (UML, architecture diagrams)
• Define target architecture and assess impact on existing systems
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility
• Ensure scalability, sustainability, and consistency across solutions
• Identify risks, dependencies, and contribute to architectural roadmaps
• Promote alignment and knowledge sharing across teams

Architecture & Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with modern architecture principles (DDD, API-driven design, BPM, orchestration)
• Expertise in integration architectures (REST APIs, messaging, event-driven systems)
• Proven experience with UML and architecture modeling tools (ArchiMate is a plus)
• Solid experience with cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure

Professional Background

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect and/or Functional Architect
• Experience in complex, enterprise IT environments with legacy and distributed systems
• Strong track record in end-to-end solution design

• Excellent communication abilities

Languages

• English: Fluent (mandatory)
• Dutch: fluent (preferred)
