Requirements

Well-seasoned Architect with an Azure background.
.NET Core expertise - this is non-negotiable
Microservices architecture and containerised deployment (Docker / Kubernetes)
Database architecture optimisation - latency, cost efficiency, SQL Server performance tuning
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
Comfortable with legacy system migrations as well as greenfield builds

Good to Have

B2B or regulated fintech / trading platform background
Familiarity with BizTalk, Logic Apps, or Power Platform
