Azure Data Architect

We're looking for a hands-on Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer with deep expertise in Azure Databricks to help design and build enterprise-scale data platforms. This is NOT a passive architecture role - we need someone who can design, build, and optimize data pipelines end-to-end. ? What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks

• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using PySpark & Spark SQL

• Architect data lakes & data warehouse solutions (Delta Lake preferred)

• Collaborate with business & product teams to translate requirements into data products

• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across pipelines

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and orchestration using Azure DevOps

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple data sources

• Strong hands-on experience with:Azure Databricks PySpark & Spark SQL Azure Data Factory (ADF) Delta Lake / Delta Live Tables

• Solid experience in:Data Lakes & Data Warehousing Dimensional Data Modeling Performance tuning & optimization in Azure

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

• Strong SQL & Python expertise

• Experience in Healthcare data platforms

• Exposure to Power BI / Azure SQL

• Prior experience in enterprise data modernization projects
