Job description

Onsite Tier 1 Helpdesk role supporting end-users across multiple locations. Responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating IT issues; equipping hardware/software; and training users on IT resources., * Provide customer-focused technical support via ticketing system, phone, email, and in person

  • Log, track, resolve, and escalate helpdesk tickets as needed
  • Install, maintain, and support IT software (e.g., Office 365, Windows, etc.)
  • Inspect, repair, and manage IT hardware; maintain inventory
  • Set up Audio/Visual equipment for meetings
  • Train users on systems, onboarding, and self-service tools
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base
  • Meet with Tier 2 teams and vendors; support process improvements and security initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years IT support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Windows, Office 365, remote access tools, and user account management
