Job description
Onsite Tier 1 Helpdesk role supporting end-users across multiple locations. Responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating IT issues; equipping hardware/software; and training users on IT resources., * Provide customer-focused technical support via ticketing system, phone, email, and in person
- Log, track, resolve, and escalate helpdesk tickets as needed
- Install, maintain, and support IT software (e.g., Office 365, Windows, etc.)
- Inspect, repair, and manage IT hardware; maintain inventory
- Set up Audio/Visual equipment for meetings
- Train users on systems, onboarding, and self-service tools
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base
- Meet with Tier 2 teams and vendors; support process improvements and security initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Windows, Office 365, remote access tools, and user account management
