Job description
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software

Troubleshoot system errors and network connectivity issues.

Provide both remote and onsite technical support.

Hardware/software installations including network cabling, install and mount monitors and TVs, install scanners and printers, etc.

Ensure periodic backups and remote monitoring of client assets.

Respond to client tickets in a prompt and timely manner.

Follow up with doctors office to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proficiency with Windows-based servers, systems, and software, including Server 2019 and higher and Windows 11.
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot remote connectivity, including routers, RDP, VPN.
- Experience with network cabling and proficiency with all areas of networking TCP\IP.
- Understanding of virtual machines.
- Excellent customer service, reporting, follow through, and time management skills.
- Physical ability to lift and install servers, computers, monitors, wall- and ceiling-mounted monitor arms, printers, scanners, etc.
Commute/travel within the Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Denver areas.
