Product Designer (UX/UI)

We're looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) on a fixed - term basis to help define and elevate the user experience across multiple DFUSION products. If you're passionate about solving complex design challenges, crafting clean and intuitive interfaces, and influencing the full product lifecycle, this role is the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
• Translate complex workflows (search, filters, dashboards, submissions) into simple, elegant user experiences
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system for multiple platforms
• Collaborate closely with CTO and Engineers from concept to deployment
• Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback and iterate based on real user behaviour
• Create user journeys and interaction patterns that improve clarity and efficiency
• Ensure consistency, accessibility and responsiveness across all products
• Produce polished UI designs with a strong eye for detail, spacing and hierarchy
• Contribute to long-term product vision and strategic decision-making
• Advocate for user-centred design while balancing business goals and technical constraints, * Direct influence on product strategy, structure and long-term design direction

• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (UX + UI)
• 5+ years of experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards or complex web apps
• Expertise in Twig, JavaScript & CSS (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping)
• Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, ideation, structure, interaction design
• Ability to simplify large datasets, technical tools or multi-step workflows
• Confident communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices
• Bonus: experience with marketplace design, data visualisation or search interfaces
