ERP Systems Analyst

We are looking for a skilled ERP Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support and optimise our core business systems across finance and supply chain operations. This role will play a key part in maintaining system performance, improving business processes, and supporting users across departments including warehouse, finance, and operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, deliver system improvements, and ensure the ERP platform supports efficient and scalable operations. This is a practical, hands-on role focused on system support, configuration, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced ecommerce and warehouse environment., * Support, maintain, and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on a day-to-day basis

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from finance, warehouse, and operations teams
• Translate requirements into system configurations, enhancements, and process improvements
• Assist in ERP implementation activities, including upgrades, testing, and deployment
• Manage and support integrations between Business Central and other internal systems (ecommerce, warehouse systems, reporting tools)
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data outputs to support decision-making
• Provide user training, onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure effective system usage
• Maintain accurate system documentation, procedures, and best practice guidelines
• Support data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and technical partners where required
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across business systems and processes

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (essential)
• Strong understanding of finance processes (e.g., invoicing, ledgers, reporting) and/or supply chain operations (inventory, warehouse, procurement)
• Experience in ERP system support, configuration, or implementation roles
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical/system solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach
• Experience working with system integrations and data flows between platforms
• Good understanding of data structures, reporting, and system workflows
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively

Desirable

• Experience in ecommerce, retail, or warehouse environments
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Understanding of SQL or data querying
• Experience working with third-party ERP vendors or partners
