Job description
This is a development-focused role, offering a clear progression plan and the chance to work closely with key stakeholders across the business. You will play a vital role in analysing data, supporting system improvements, and contributing to strategic decision-making as the company continues its growth journey., * Manage and maintain data, including data collection, validation, and integration
- Support the preparation and analysis of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve business performance
- Assist in developing commercial strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ERP and system-related issues
- Generate and maintain reports to support business planning and decision-making
- Contribute to forecasting, planning, and performance analysis
- Support the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilise data effectively
- Ability to conduct research, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
- Experience or interest in project coordination or project management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
