Job description
This position is for experienced field installation professionals who enjoy hands-on work in active hospital environments.
- This is not an IT, programming, or software support role
- This is not a help desk or remote position
- This is hands-on installation work performed onsite inside hospitals
What You'll Do
Install advanced healthcare technology systems-including displays, computing devices, cameras, and integrated medical hardware-within active hospital and clinical environments.
You will:
- Execute installations on walls, ceilings, carts, and medical equipment platforms
- Work directly with hospital infrastructure and clinical spaces
- Maintain hospital-grade quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Diagnose and resolve onsite installation and peripheral issues before handoff
- Complete required documentation (photos, notes, sign-off, accurate time entry)
- Identify site readiness issues early and escalate to prevent rework
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of AV, Low Voltage, Electrical, or commercial installation experience (required)
- Proven ability to mount and secure equipment into commercial wall types
- Strong troubleshooting mindset in field environments
- Valid driver's license with a spotless driving record (required - company vehicle provided)
- Must reside within the Metro Atlanta area
- Ability to pass hospital-level background check and drug screen
- Must provide current vaccination records (excluding COVID)
- Must receive annual flu vaccination
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely from ladders
