Computer Field Service Technician in Savannah

• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and printers (hardware break/fix)
• Troubleshoot operating system and software issues (Windows)
• Perform on-site service at client locations in and around the Savannah area
• Provide professional, courteous support to end users
• Document service activity and maintain accurate records

A fast-growing IT services firm is seeking an experienced and reliable Computer Field Service Technician to join our team in the Savannah, GA area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong hardware and software repair skills and a professional demeanor for on-site client interactions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Overtime as needed | Full-time only, * Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience repairing laptops, desktops, and printers

• Strong Windows OS and software troubleshooting skills
• Must pass a Department of Education background check
• Valid driver's license with clean record and current auto insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle required (mileage compensation provided)
• Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday
• CompTIA A+ or related certification
• Strong customer service and communication skills
