- ProcDoc feeds clinical documentation directly into the medical record at the bedside and is highly integrated with medical records and operational workflows.

- Partner closely with:
- Medical Records / HIM teams
- Information Services (IS)

- Oversee project governance, timelines, risk management, issue escalation, and readiness reporting.
- ProcDoc is a long?running program with a roadmap extending through 2031, offering significant opportunity for extension beyond the initial contract.
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience in healthcare IT, preferably within clinical application environments.
- Experience working with clinical documentation, medical records, HIM workflows, or bedside clinical systems.
- Strong ability to manage cross?functional teams across IT, clinical operations, vendors, and leadership.

- Experience working with or alongside Epic environments.

Additional Notes
- Once the SPOK implementation is completed, this PM may be transitioned to additional, similar clinical or communications projects, depending on organizational needs.
